Freemark Abbey Restoration Red

Dark ruby in color, bordering on purple hue. High alcohol based on viscosity Nose is dark fruit with cassis, blackberry, dark plum and blueberry. A notable cocoa note comes through alongsidea clove and spruce note with some tobacco. Palate is structured with concentrated flavor with fruit on the front and tobacco leather in the end. Finish is long from a flavor and tannin perspective Full body, medium acid, medium plus tannin.

Mountain fruit. Notes of black pepper, baking spices, and toast. High tannins.
