Ekfraseis Winery Sauvignon Blanc

Strong and typical varietal nose - clean grass and cut stems w/o being noxious. Some tropical fruits in the middle and bright acids, but this wine is really all about a spectacular finish - fresh herbs, bright as well as juicy mango and a little spice. Punctuated with mineral. Just beautiful.
