Gülor Saraplari Shiraz

Light red-purple colour. First nose is not very expressive, with a faint oak flavour and alcohol sticking out. Palate also seemed a bit thin. Luckily it really fleshed out with air. Fruit (sour cherry) emerged and oak eventually felt well integrated. There is enough substance and balance to match the tannins. Last glass was best. Medium, fruity finish. Should reach its peak within a year and continue to drink well for at least 3-4 years.
