Nez de pomme verte de pain doré. En bouche, les saveurs suivent, mais il est trop "fluet"...il manque de vinosité (à mon goût personnel).

Medium straw. Slightly uneven bubble stream. Nice butter toasty nose. Crisp attack. Good fruit. Fills very nicely - has the creaminess I often associate with Blanquette de Limoux. Very clean. Good fruit. Quite low acid: so not as good as a basic non-vintage champagne with my fish and chips. Very Good Indeed.
