Working thru the Wine List at Air Canada's Signature Suite Lounge (YYZ - Canada) : having had a Canadian Pinot Noir, tasting a Chardonnay was almost mandatory. and while i didn't get a chance to try this at the lounge, it was also offered inflight, where i asked for a small pour to go with some nuts. straw yellow in the glass and mildly viscous. the nose is dominated by notes of pear with puffs of vanilla and lemon. it …
