My last bottle... popped the cork and the nose was enough to pour it out. Just horribly bad. The group's comments were not repeatable in respectable company.

Gave it 2 hours slow-ox but a decanting would probably have been in order. This bottle was quite nice - well integrated with a nice backbone and layered flavors. Black currants and berries, a hint of meat and spices. These wines are always solid and this was a silly value at recent auction.

So happy this one wasn't corked like the last one I opened. Still has lots of life left. We have 2 left and will wait on those. We decanted and poured. Big fruit and strong long finish. Yum

This wine has mellowed significantly. It's not nearly as fruity as it once was. Tastes good, but different.

Tasted at Seattle Wine Company. This wine is singing, deep dark fruit, smooth mid-palate. All about the fruit, so different from the '05 Boushey, really an interesting vineyard comparison. Harvested in early September vs. Mid-October for the Boushey.
