Beautiful chenin blanc, manually harvested in 8 rounds during 2 months. Insanely concentrated, lingering, complex. Paired with mascarpone, Bambú and orange. Medium+ intense aromas of apricot, mango, honey, beeswax, iron, lemon zest, orange zest, whiff of white pepper. Medium sweet wine, high acidity, full body, pronounced flavours, long finish. 12,5% - served @ Inter Scaldes

Occasional tasting group; Blind tasting (@ My place) : Fresh bouquet with fennel and green fruits. On the palate enormously sweet and also good acidity to balance it. I did not score the wine, but it was certainly special and very good.
