Pfaffenheim Pinot Noir

Closed wine, dark color for a pinot noir; surprisingly many tannins; lot of astringency. Not much fruit; we did not like it very much but perhaps there are fans of this, not me though; it needs another 1.5 year in the cellar to soften a bit perhaps; won't buy it again.
