Actually a better garnish is strawberries. we freeze them and use them for garnish. In this case it brings out a lot the floral side of the gin especially the roses. Pls if u need to pair with tonic use a very light one. else u kill all aromas.

The label reads " Distilled by the light of the moon" and we had to try it! Its actually even more hocus pocus than that, it is distilled only 12 times a year in the light of a full moon! All that aside its a solid gin made with grape spirit ( Samphire & Muscat ) and a further 19 botanicals. Very floral and round, smooth and great with a soft tonic. Lemon peel and rosemary garnish we feel.
