On avait un plateau de 5 formages, des terrines et p�t�s, des biscottes, un plateau de cochonnailles, du pain et des mousses! Sur les �pices et les petits fruits. Un peu funky, fermier m�me au d�but. Pas super long mais assez min�ral et savoureux.

醒酒两个半小时，闻香有红果，香草，香料感，些许烤芝麻的香气，入口酸度高，单宁紧涩，量有点糊嘴，不过单宁颗粒很细腻，酒液咸，收口微甜，草莓一类的红果和芝麻的香气，余味满口红果，木质香气，伴随着淡淡奶味收尾。充分醒酒后酒体依然很紧实，酒处在最佳状态，香气复杂，口感柔和，风格优雅，各元素达到很好的平衡状态，感觉是超越产区常规水准的存在，这才领略了NSG的好，确实精彩。

Friendly nose of dark cherry and cranberry fruits, licorice, barest hints of violet with a certain vegetal/greenery element and mineral freshness. Classic, attractive Burgundy, looking for food today. I thought this particular bottle showed a bit of back-end warmth as the only nit I would point out on this young wine. Very Pinot with spicy, fine texture. Sexy Les Saint Georges in this early stage.

Pretty nose of red fruit, but the wine closed down with air and overall felt quite linear. The palate is quite tannic with tart berries and cherries adding balance. Good finish. This needs a lot of time and was difficult to taste right now. 92-93+

Pungent cherry and barnyard nose. Quite a powerful Burgundy with a firm structure and tons of acidity to go along with the crisp, tart cherry fruit. The finish is deep and crunchy with a developing spice and mineral complexity. This is a Burgundy of superb intensity with delicious fruit but it's young and even spritzy at this point. Musique & Vin Pre-Concert D�gustation (Ch�teau du Clos de Vougeot) : Tasting, brief note. It is interesting that Thibault offers this wine following Charmes-Chambertin and Clos Vougeot, but easy to understand once tasted. This is the most dense of the three, with mouth-coating concentration matched with mouth-coating tannins. Powerful, but backward. 91-92 point potential, but 2025 at the earliest, probably even later would be much better.

Barrel tasting at the domaine - tasted after the Clos Vougeot. Clearly equal to the Clos Vougeot in intensity and concentration. A really alluring and complex wine, showing red and black fruit, menthol, crushed rock, violets, and some spice. Really well-balanced. Bright acidity punch through to a long and linear finish. Fantastic wine.
