Château Malherbe Côtes de Provence Blanc

I was served this on a wine pairing with at a Michelin starred restaurant in Miramar, Côte d’Azur . I was taken aback and asked for a second glass. It is simple, but with a softly liquorice flavour, clean and just very Moorish. Unusual for a Province wine. Simply delicious.
