Vins d'Envie Croire au Yeti

Funky black cherry fruit juice upon popping and pouring. More air and time reduce the natty wine nose and flavors into its core of savory black fruits with a sharp acidity. Solid as a food wine, but overall a bit too aggro on the nose and astringent on the finish for me standalone as it developed over the night. I think this wine was meant to be glugged within an hour of opening.
