Cedric Lathuiliere Beaujolais Blanc

Bright gold in the glass. Nose of bruised apple, lemon, and a touch of floral notes. Mouthfeel is full, low to medium acidity, more red apple flavor, and a short, slightly astringent aftertaste. This is past its prime. I'm not sure how much of a prime it would have had, actually. It is certainly not flawed, just very unnotewothy. Drink three to six years ago.
