Pretty deep ruby color with some purple. Notes of sweet dark cherries, a touch of plum, violet pastille, some balsamic notes too, also some spices like clove, nutmeg and a touch of pepper. It‘s medium-full bodied, pretty rich, with medium tannin that is good quality and some medium- acidity. Medium length. A very solid Vosne-Romanée Villages that is more pleasure bomb than very refined. Realistic price tag too. Showing a little better and more complete on day 2.
