This is a decent Alvarinho from the Minho Vinho Regional region (roughly the same as the Vinho Verde DOC but with a broader designation to allow for a broader range of varietals), with nice depth and length, though there's a strong candied element, especially on the nose, sort of like mango-pineapple candy.
