Joseph Cattin Riesling Pur de Roche

Color: medium gold Nose: yellow flowers, beeswax, lemon cream Palate: starfruit, minerality, yellow apple Mouthfeel: soft, smooth with a long finish

This is a riesling for minerality-lovers (like me!) Chalk and flint on the nose, chalk and crushed stone on the palate...both accented nicely by citrus notes like lemon and kumquat.
