This is an unfamiliar producer and I am surprised by how good it is. Not bone dry with an attractive aromatic overlay, quite rich peachy and citrus fruit and fine minerals balanced by moreish acidity which made it a good pairing with barbue fish and goat cheese. Good.

This is a wine that is really straight. Had it in different Salto glasses and it seems to perform best in Zalto Universal glass.
