Progressing nicely now. Dusty tannins, nicely balanced, deeper red fruit flavours of cherry and raspberry. But still not a heavy mouthfeel … fresh. Spices and a subtle earthiness. Medium length to the finish. Really enjoyable.

Still strongly tannic on first taste. Softened nicely once open for a little. Nicely representative of good Okanagan Valley Pinot. Glad I have some more to leave laid down for a while longer.
