Drank this wine at Tunglok Peking Duck (Novena) for dinner to celebrate the birthday of one of the lads. We had the Long Long Duck Spring Roll, Diced Australian Wagyu Beef Pie Tee, Stewed Fish Puff with Milk Cabbage, Conpoy and Sakura Ebi, Wok-fried Black Pepper Beef Cubes, Peking Duck, Stir-fried Duck Rack with Salt and Pepper. The restaurant provided complimentary Chilled Mango Cream with Pomelo, Sago and Lychee Popping Boba and Pan-fried Red Bean Pancake. Dark ruby red loaded …

Red fruits, floral nose... dried flowers and earth... smooth structure, it's very pleasant. The best possible quaffing wine for bistro type food.

Nice when slightly chilled. Great way to start a BBQ.

Intense dark purple, not a lot on the nose. Palate is concentrated with good rich dark berry fruit. Some heat on the finish. A bit too extracted for my tastes, but I don’t doubt this is a crowd pleaser. Will it improve?

Emirates lounge. Garnet with purple reflections, ripe black fruit meeting plenty of acidity, short finish. I find this rather unbalanced, not my kind of wine.
