Decanted and drank over 6 hours. Currently showing a potpourri of brambly dark berries, plums, charred wood/ soot and grilled meats on a sharp mineral base that gives this a bright, (almost floral) freshness in contrast to the darker, brooding flavors. Very high acids, particularly on entry and into the middle, this has chewy tannins but is very graceful on the palate. The finish shows good length and grip but is more about structure at this point.
