Serafin Pere et Fils Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Baudes

Brilliant ruby. Bright, quite energetic, precise, and yet there is complexity. Excellent balance. A nice touch of white pepper. This was extremely enjoyable over three nights, showing some development along the way. We will try to wait three or so years to open the next. In the meantime, it will be difficult not to take a preview peek at this fine house's four other village wines .... PS: Note the new label and capsule.

A first Glance on red Burgundys 2015 (Nobbi Müller Burgunder& Süßweine, Hamburg) : from a very small vineyard-piece, 0,32 hectare, about 1.000 bottles filled, initinally quite energetic, on the midpalte still a little lean, finesse, young, muted, needs time, very good bottle for what it is, wait at least 3+ years, (***), 55€ per bottle
