Bright ruby color. Cherries, red plums on nose and palate. Decant not needed, opened up and showed nicely with grilled smoked Cornish game hens.

Beautiful young Pinot showing vivid earth tones and minerality as well as decently integrated oak profile. Nose leads with rustic notes of black olive, loamy soil and clove against a cherry cola backdrop. There’s a subtle savory/umami component throughout, underlined by a wealth of compelling woodsy tones. Palate shows powdery, mellow tannins and light to moderate acidity. Moderate raspberry finish.
