Purchased from Vine and Cellar's close out sale for $9.95. Didn't know anything about this but, at that price, how could you go wrong? Color: Inky black deep purple. Looks like a port... Nose: Sweet violets and plummy, berry fruit. Palate: Plush and sweet on the palate with jammy red and black fruits. Very quaff able with low acid and almost no tannins present. Not super complex but quite tasty. Wish I'd bought more than one...

Pnp, nice straightforward red.red fruit, some warm spice (can’t put my finger on it) and pretty easy drinking. Soft tannins, and drinking nicely now. Vacuvin and several days later, still pretty good. Was a gift, but I know the value - pretty decent qpr. I would generally spend more on a red, but this is pretty good!

Strong merlot typicity on the palate, plum and cocoa notes. Nose had all the expected notes plus a slight undertone of green bean perhaps (I saw another note describe it as roasted celery). I found the finish to be tannic, dry, and woody initially. Wine was better on day 2 when served slightly chilled. Wanted to like this more than I ultimately did.

Not bad! Bright fruit and notes of toasted oats / spice, balanced Merlot / cab blend that seemed to hold up just fine.

Maybe too young, or maybe not stored properly but I felt this fell flat. I’m not sure what it wanted to be. Tasted at Roka Akor in Chicago.
