On the nose there is pear, butter, and honeysuckle. The palate has flavors of apricot, pear, and toasty oak that is typical of Chardonnay. This is a smooth and buttery wine and expresses more Chardonnay characteristics than Pinot Gris. The finish is short but pleasant.
