Very sour and apple tasting. Not sure if I would want to drink much of this, when first opened it smelt of blue cheese, but soon mellowed into a sweet and sour mess. Something novel which is always interesting.

12% This is simply nectar of apple on the nose. Lovely, delicate, sweetish appley palate. Mainly Macintosh apples.
