Anteprima Chianti Classico 2013 & Toscana IGT (50 TN inside!!) (Firenze (Italy) - Stazione Lepolda) : Same producer (Melini), but this wine is more intended for international market. More barriques than barrels and less maceration. A bit disjointed, tannins coming out over fruit. low roundness, despite of intentions. Probably not ready.

2011 Casual Session - 3 @ ES (Extra Space Boon Keng) : Alcohol :: 13.5% Aromatic nose of floral, sweet dark and red fruits, dried fig with earthy, mineral and leathery complexity to it, not broad, but have real focus. Kinda high level of acidity, but very round and ripe that well balance by the good level of fruits concentration and dry extract that form firm, smooth mouth feel with soft structure that leads to the leathery, spicy long finish. …

Color: medium red, clear rim Nose: Camphor, lead, gravel & minty Palate: Very fresh acid (likable), kinda of spitzer. Not easy to drink but after opened for 2-hour, became jammy and rounded with the strong tannins disappearing. Overall went nice with spicy italian lasagna.
