Reynvaan does not miss, even with this bottle where the label doesn't make much sense

Aromas of wet earth, blackberry, herbs, eucalyptus, black olive tapenade and dark chocolate. The profile is lifted and bright while at the same time holding up savory dark fruits. Surprisingly refreshing and easy going and simultaneously dark and brooding. Soft tannins and long finish. Super!

Interesting wine. Informal notes, but this was a load of black olive, fresh and dried herb, mineral with a hint of smoked meat. Very varietally correct for a cool climate syrah. Plenty of funky notes as well. Maybe a little thin on the body, but a steal for the $20 I paid. I will also add that it got significantly better with a decant. 90-91

No detailed notes- Open and slow O for a few hours. Earthy and savory Syrah, a bit reticent, with herbal savory notes in the foreground and subdued blue and black fruits in the background. Probably in a good window for the wine. Drink and now and over a few years for the fruit that remains.

Surprising fruity cherry nose (for a Syrah). Medium bodied with big cherry fruit and some nice chalk and acid- very enjoyable, but not much sign of Syrah.

I thought it was good, great for the money. But not the 92-94 that people are giving it. I love Reynvaan and this bottle is no exception. They’re making great wines at every price point.

P&P; always one of my favorite Rocks wines, for the price it just can't be beat! Savory flavors of black olive, bacon fat, grilled beef, melded with tart black fruits and coffee. Great QPR!

Good value rocks. Savory bacon and bitter olive. Some tea leaves too.

Moderate floral vegetal nose. Nice fruit and acid with good chalk but a bit of a vegetal note. Enjoyable.

This is great for the money but some of these reviews strike me as overblown. It has a lovely cool-climate N. Rhone thing going on, but the finish is a bit short and bitter. 2nd day: indeed better. maybe reviews not so overblown.

Drank over three nights. A deeply satisfying Washington state syrah, presenting all of its varietal and regional characteristics. Savory and smoke notes showed beautifully on day 3. Based on this bottle, I'm going to hold off on pulling my next cork for a couple of years. This will go the distance.

Day 1: Wine has aged really well and really shows the terroir of the rocks district. Minerals, stone, green olives, blue currants, smoke, spice, white pepper and tar. Super complex wine and one of the great values out of Washington. 94 points Day 2: Very Rhone like again. This has aged beautifully. Tar, stone, floral notes, smoke, white pepper, dust, green olives and dried meat. Medium plus finish. One of the great deals of all time under $25 with shipping. …

Incredible value. A Reynvaan light. Everything you’d expect in a great Walla Walla Syrah.

Day 2: The value here is off the charts. Tastes like the much more expensive Reynvaan wines why because from the same vineyards. Dust, green olives, white pepper, earth, tar and minerals. Mild funk on this one and a beautiful expression of Syrah. Value meter off the charts. 94 points

Day 2: Well this is one of the better values in the wine world over the last many years. So good and hard to believe they still have this left. White pepper, green olives, spice, earth, raspberries, blue currants and minerals. Medium plus finish. Beautiful wine.

Day 1: I am one of the leading experts on a few wines and result wines number one. This wine is off the charts. Green olives, white pepper, minerals, stone, raspberries, blueberries and dust. Super complex and tastes like a Stonessence. 94 points Day 2: Still rocking with green olives, stone, white pepper, blue currants, earth and dust. Medium plus finish. 94 points Recommendation: For under $25 in the club a steal.

Over a few days. I will say this wine is not going anywhere. Tar, raspberries, earth, spice, forest floors, white pepper, dust and stone. Medium plus finish. Not a fruit forward Syrah and super rustic which I love.

Great showing, the only problem was the other bottle on the table was a 2010 La Ferme Du Mont, Cotes Capoelan….smoked the Syrah…but hey it still was good.

Similar notes to bottle drank a year and half ago. Very savory. Green olives, tons of smoke, some bacon fat, and a hint of raspberry. Smoky, and very pronounced menthol notes linger on the long finish. A distinctive Walla Walla Syrah that punches far above its weight.

Day 1: As the king of the Result of a Crush Wines in very few years by the way this is not as good as previous bottles. Clay, spice, blue currants and pepper. While not flawed just not in the league of the other 17s. 85 points Dat 2: Well, forgot to recork this one and it turned out to be a good thing. While this is not at the level of some of the previous bottles it is better …

At the risk of repeating other TNs, this wine may be the best value in PNW wines. If it was $35-40 a bottle, it would probably still be one of the best values. This wine has a bunch of funk on the nose and a very earthy profile in general. I really like this WW area style. A lot like Rôtie Cellars Northern Blend, if you’ve ever had it. My wife doesn’t like wine or the style, but then she’s …

Last bottle before seven more arrive. Might be the biggest value in the last 5 years yet people just can't sell it out. Works for me as I have sold out a few. Black olives, tar, earth, stone and pepper. Medium plus finish and would do well in a $80 Syrah Blind Tasting. Day 3: Last glass and excellent again. No brainer buy on this wine.
