11,5% alcohol, 4 g/l residual sugar and 7,5 g/l acidity. Tasted blind in VV. Pale lime-green color. Somewhat sweet and rather closed nose with vague aromas of some pear juice, a little bit of zesty citrus fruit and a hint of white flowers. The wine is medium-bodied, dry and quite closed on the palate with mild flavors of ripe apples, some tangy saline minerality and a little bit of stony minerality. Quite high acidity. Rather long but also pretty neutral …

{screwcap} Muted youthful nose of green apples and peach. Light-bodied palate of similar flavours, with a touch of passionfruit. About off-dry, with prickly, spritzy medium acid and a touch of sugar apparent to help the weight, which is mostly on the front of the palate. Palate is just short-medium. OK early drinker. (Asiana business class)
