Flowers, with green apples, and citrus create the nose. And on the palate, the wine is even better with its crisp, sweet, juicy creamy-edged, ripe, yellow citrus, mango, and white peach. The wine blends 60% Semillon 27% Sauvignon Blanc, and 13% Sauvignon Gris. Drink from 2025-2030.

You can enjoy this for all of its sweet, ripe, fruits on release. The wine blends 60% Semillon 27% Sauvignon Blanc and 13% Sauvignon Gris. Drink from 2024-2029. 92-92 Pts.

Tasted blind – Medium gold in colour. Great mature nose of banana, smoke and apple. On the palate flavours of tropical fruits, apple and hints of nutmeg. Medium body with decent acidity and a fairly lengthy finish. Quite tasty and drinking well now. Very good.

Beyond Its drinking window. This is a urine yellow. Lots of oxidized yellow fruits and flat. But still cn pick up the minerality and dry fino character. Purely for educational purposes.
