With notes of orange peel and slate, this is undoubtedly the most charming and accomplished entry-level wine I've tasted in the region so far. The finish is tinged with cane sugar. For €10 at the winery, this is an unbeatable price/pleasure ratio.

Green apple and citrus. Fun and easy to drink, but also undemanding. Still young, will improve with some more time in the cellar. #summerhouse with J&C

Shiny pale platinum with green tint. Citrus, green apple, pear, sugar cane, white flowers, lime peel and minerality. Medium bodied, high acidity, medium structure, medium alcohol and medium finish.

This is nicely balanced, crisp acidity meets some lemony and apple, not utterly complex but quite enjoyable and easy going. Lovely at present don't think will keep much.

A Visit To Fritz-Haag (Brauneberg, Germany) : Scents of dried apples and lemon zest show on this crisp nose. On the palate, rich lemon curd starts things out, quickly followed by a core of full acidity. It reminds me of lemon juice squeezed over a barely ripe apple. It's crisp, fresh, and light, and the acidity lingers on the finish.

Apples, fresh pear, really crisp acidity. Not wildly complex but with a very high drinkability factor.
