Terrific effort for a new winery, very light bright rose, nice open nose with red berries leading, fresh cherry, taste, great balance with good acidity, more a Burgundy style of Pinot. The wine has aged very well and should continue to so for at least the next 5 years.

Restaurant purchase. Good fruit (raspberry and other red berries) with some slight smokiness to it. If I owned a bottle, I think I would wait at least a couple of years to consume. A lovely and well balanced wine that only improved over the course of the hour it sat in the decanter.
