Trapiche Chardonnay Broquel

Poured at a retailer tasting. Golden color. Initially a bit too cold, but as it warmed the bouquet really developed. Vanilla, toasty oak, almonds and apple blossom notes. The palate has a very nice bit of acidity supporting soft oak, apple and apple flavors, with a tropical fruit edge to the finish.
