Beautifully expressive and balanced Zin. Hint of mint on the nose. Rich earth/mineral tones play nicely with the fruit. Lingering spice finish so provocative on the palate. Another winner from wine master Carol Shelton. Good QPR and recommended!

Wonderful rustic zin with a topnotch briary component that makes you feel like you are in the vineyard. At the same time, it is smooth and goes down easy. Glad I discovered this vintner and hope to buy more.

ZAP TRADE TASTING, nose of raspberry, strawberry, boysenberry, and red fruit, same on the palate, juicy, rich delicious, bright fruit, needs 2 years to peak drinking window, absolutely exotic and worth the search.

Opaque purple, this has a lot of fruit. It does lack some of the spiciness of more traditional old vine zones but it is loaded with black cherry, raspberry and a hint of mint or eucalyptus on the finish. I probably need to pickup some more.

Perfume and licorice nose. Raspberry and cherries followed by licorice/anise, cracked pepper, and earthy spice. Not very complex, but nicely balanced between the fruit and spices.

Historic Vineyard Society Tasting, nose of black cherry, allspice, and floral bouquet, same on the palate, big body, slightly fruit forward, needs three years to peak, Cucamonga is the home of Bonded California Winery #1 by the way, another great Zinfandel from Carol and reasonably priced, long finish.

ZAP TRADE TASTING, nose of allspice, black cherry, briar, earth, and boysenberry, same on the palate, big body, very tasty, delicious, mouth filling fruit, great Zinfandel, from the same area as Bonded Winery #1 in the State of California. tasted twice and loved it!!!
