Soave Tasting : Surprised my assessment on this bottle (shared by another) seeing the notes from a trusted palate below. I find the nose to be a bit muted, some green apple, pear. Nice creaminess in mouth, but fruit isn't expressive at all. Wonder if I have a flawed bottle in some way. (Although no normal flaws detected.)

Terroirist Blogger Tasting #2 (David White's House) : Nose is incredibly floral -- white flowers, fresh grass, lemon, lime, green apple, interesting subtle notes of sunflower seeds and hazelnuts. Palate is the same -- but creamier than expected, with some lemon curd coming through. Great acidity throughout the palate. Finishes short. Perfect summertime quaffer.
