Tasted on 1/29/06. Probably the best Chard I have ever had from So Africa. Creamy, nice mouthfeel, some green apple hints, long finish, I enjoyed this one a lot. Wish I had some more in the cellar.

Nice chardonnay nose hinting towards the tropical side. Crisp and elegant, medium body, green apple flavors with no evidence of oak. Finish lasted on and on. Very nice.
