Deeply coloured, with good intensity. Exotic nose with red fruits, quite spicy. Medium plus bodied, typical slight bitter finish with good acidity. Went very well with some heavy tasting wild boar salami.

Cherries, blueberry, bitter chocolate. Palate: dry, bitter. Boring mainstream wine, not elegant, not characterful nor easy-drinking.

This wine is dreadful. Aroma is basically non-existent; maybe a hint of grass. Taste has maybe a tiny note of cherry, but otherwise you might as well be drinking water. Thought maybe it was a bad bottle, but then I opened another and it was the same. Storage conditions for the lot may have been compromised.
