Torres de Ermelo Albariño Rías Baixas

Pale straw. Apple and pineapple on the nose. In the mouth, pineapple and toasted coconut. Mouth watering acidity with loads of salt. Some cold herb enters the mid and lingers through the finish. This is a great showing Rias Baixas albarino. It's not as sparse as some but the balance is excellent and it has the saline character with acidic fruit that you want.

Bright golden color. Fragrant aromas of pear, rose petals and red apples. Complex flavors of pear, apple, unripe cherry, herbs and butterscotch. Hint of salt on the finish. Bright acidity. Excellent QPR!
