Felton Road, Dry Riesling, Central Otago

Agree with review from 2021 below. Zesty lemon and citrus with great kerosene notes on the nose. Feels fresh. Can easily go for 10 more years at this rate.

Since the last consumer note in 2009 very little has changed Colour pale lemon with green hues bright and ckear 15/15 Nose med intensity more herbal than citrus , apple since present , hunting for lime but can’t find any , hint of lemon zest , elegance , delicate 28/30 Palate med bodied fresh bright acidity , spritz on the tongue , citrus flavours ,herbal, spice ,Granny Smith apple 41/44 Overall , astounding 14yo , so fresh and alive 5-10 …

Pale yellow wine with green highlights. Very interesting aroma with the usual apple notes but also dollops of herbs (oregano comes to mind). Clean and fresh on the palate with excellent acidity. Flavours are more herbaceous than fruit. Very enjoyable.

Nice fruit with good acidity, this was a pleasant purprise. Eveything tasted in the right proportion for a pop 'n pour wine.
