This wine is a blend of essentially 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, the bottle says PV as well, but I was told that the kosher wines never use PV. Several vintages of this Château's Grand Vin had a kosher cuvée ('95, '97, '99, '01), Les Roches is the 2nd wine and yet it is very nice and well-structured. Dark cherry red in color with on the nose raspberries, cherries, hints of barnyard funk as well as cigar box.
