Really good with no decant. Rich smooth and very tasty. Everyone enjoyed.

What a difference a year makes -- referring to my March 2010 note. This bottle, post-peak, a subdued but quite-quaffable shadow of its former self.

In a good spot. Starting to hit it's secondary stride. Aged funk kicking in but in check. Nice mix of secondary funk and the riper 2006 fruit.

A little tight at first taste but opened up nicely after 20 minutes. No tannins as expected but a little pepper in the taste. Nice finish, enjoyed very much.

Bright, medium-deep purple color. Clean, faint nose of classic cherry with red berry and hint of floral violet. Delicious flavor following the nose with perfectly-integrated velvet acidity; ambrosial silkiness across the palate of this gorgeously feminine bonne bouche. Light body, soft tannins, with long, elegantly-steely finish. Ready to drink right now; probably peaking.

This wine is a deep purple. The nose is blackberry, vanilla, a little tobacco, and oak. The mouth feel is full bodied with flavors similar to the nose. The finish is long. The oak was quite obvious in this one, but well balanced with the fruit. If you like the oaky flavor, now is a good time, otherwise hold onto it for a while.

A well done Oregon Pinot. Cherry and cola on the nose that transfers to the palate as well. Tons of dark fruit, but enough earthness to keep it interesting. Paired well with herb and bacon crusted turkey.

A great Oregon Pinot! The nose is bright with the stereotypical cherry notes that we've come to love in Oregon Pinots. However, the first taste shows much more dark fruit and a depth not readily apparent in the nose. While not the best Oregon Pinot we've ever had, it stands up to almost any California Pinot and certainly a very good Burgundy. We had it with ham and it was great!
