Light and dry. Lime and lemon pith. High acidity.

The nose is balanced and fresh with tones of Peaches, pears, red apples, biscuits, brioche, nougat, nectarine, yellow flowers, and biscuits. While the nose is fresh, it lacks some depth that could add another layer of intrigue. The Medium bodied feel is deft and shows off the balance of the nose with crisp, high acidity. This is a fun and easy drinking champagne. It does everything well, but nothing all that great.

Light straw color in the glass. Medium plus acidity with a round body and mouthfeel. Granny Smith apple, apricot, and cotton Candy shine through. Finish is medium plus with a fair punch of acidity dries the gums and lingers. Not overly sophisticated or a wine with a ton of depth (which isn’t a bad thing). Delightful bottle that’s approachable and would pair nicely with a wide variety of foods, including spicy items. Overall a surprising nice wine for the money …

The color is a very light lemon yellow with good fine bubbles, lasting a reasonable amount of time. The nose is subtle and has brioche with hints of citrus and green apple. The palate is soft and amplifies the green apple together with yeast notes. There is a substantial acidic element that overbalances the fruit. This would be good with cheese or other fatty foods. 12.5% alcohol. 33% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier. 50% 2016, 50% Reserve. Disgorged …

Really dry and crisp. Tiny bubbles. Almost no toast.

An unexpected gift from the Champagne gods! Straight-up yellow color with the same experience in the nose and on the palate: Very well-balanced notes of red fruit (sweet apples, raspberries) with more subtle light fruits (lemons, limes, even a hint of banana?!) --- even notes of mango on the finish. As smooth a Champagne as I've had in quite some time. Enjoy!

Unique flavors of both citrus, orange without pith, and yeast/biscuit. Medium bubbles. A sparkling with backbone.

Golden yellow...VERY well-balanced notes of both yellow and red fruits, rock, and the subtlest mushrooms and earth. This is an outstanding NV champagne!

Popped and poured. Paired with scallops in a meyer lemon sauce. Color was a dull yellow, not quite gold but not vibrant either. Lots of fine textured bubbles right after pouring the glass, but by the time the glass was halfway consumedthe bubbles were gone and it could be mistaken for a still wine. Initial notes on the nose while the bubbles were present had a distinct aroma of the inside of a freshly cut waxy potato. There were also …
