Pale yellow Aromatics medium -. Pear, rock and later waxy cheese rind, but all quite subdued. No new oak. Palate has a medium body with some lees contact. Acid medium +. Alcohol medium. No traditional phenolics. Lemons, rock with a late bitterness. Finish has a medium length. Balance towards the acidity This hit some but not all of the marks of Muscadet. The lees were subtle. I suspect it needs more time in the bottle.

기분좋은 새콤한 레몬과 청사과가 앞서고 리컨택에서 오는 익은 서양배의 복합미가 더해진 사랑스러운 무스까데. 산도가 높지만 엄격한 느낌은 아님. 아직은 과일보다는 짭짤한 '돌'을 마시는 기분이지만 잔에서 서서히 잘 풀어진다. 신선하면서도 나름 훌륭한 복합미. 믿고 마시는 생산자.

Aromatically deep and rich for Muscadet, but that doesn't mean it's just billowing from the glass, there's still some searching required, there's mystery and mercury here... Apple, quince, underripe pineapple, vague citrus (tangerine? clementine?), peppery broth, lettuce, narcissus, a little lanolin and sweet almond... Dense and textured on the palate, crisp and salty, subtle bitterness, like apple and pear skins, zesty and vaguely peppery... Persistent finish is salty and herbal, crunchy fruits linger as well, this has grip and sustain …

90 Un vino que no defrauda. Mineral, seco, afilado. Sabroso, con cuerpo y final mineral. Muy rico .

Fresh cut granny smith apple on the nose. Also some salinity and crushed oyster shell after about 30 minutes of air. On the palate, this is very delicate. Not a ton of complexity, but nice. Nothing ground breaking here. There are probably better values out there for Muscadet.

Apple, citrus, minerality. Straightforward, crisp, lengthy, delicious with seafood.

Bottle 1340g. Moderately intense aromas of citrus and citrus blossom, high-toned, with suggestions of rye and oyster liquor. Dry, with moderate tongue-tickling acidity, medium-bodied, "13-14" %abv. Subtle flavors bloom across the tongue, apple, savory and saline components, very appetizing. Nice intensity.
