Artez Varietals Side-by-Side : Delicate and wine-like nose; quite like many cognacs - not surprising given that ugni blanc is by far the dominant grape in that region. A bit thin on the attack, but finishes with a nice fresh grapey flavor. This tastes young and light, with modest barrel influence.
