Turkey Flat Turkey Flat Butchers Block White, Australia, South Australia, Barossa, Barossa Valley

I really dig this style. Ripe (very ripe?) marsanne with a viognier component but was hard to pick the latter. Peachy, almost burnt fruits with a minerally streak. Better than it sounds. Held up well the second night although some slightly raw oak became more apparent. A far more interesting option that most common white varietals.
