Big Meat and Serious Syrah (Westport, CT) : Very end of the night. It was our only sweet. For most paired with some brownies or a peach pie, but I was very full so just sipped a bit on this. Tastes very much as you would expect. Has the lovely Canadian ice wine flavor, but can tell that there's been an oak treatment. Adds a bit of woodsy to it. A Mix of Champagne; 12/5/2015-12/6/2015 (Ray and Teresa's) : My first Inniskillin. Had a small pour at a tasting. Golden raisins, concord grape, sweet stone fruit. The nose has great complexity of fruit. The taste is mostly cloying golden raisin, lemon, a little acidity but it could use more.

Sweet end to 2014 (Tampines) : Appearance is clear, medium intensity, amber-gold colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of toasted oak, caramel, butterscotch, honey, citrus lemon, ripe peaches and apricots going into marmalade. Developing. On the palate, luscious, high acidity, low alcohol, full body. Pronounced flavour intensity, with flavours of caramel, butterscotch, honey, citrus lemon, ripe peaches and apricots going into marmalade. Long finish. Very good quality. Can drink now, and will improve with further ageing, but …

Sweet. 12 Celsius serving, would rather have cooler, not warmer. Very fruity. Great by itself, would consider something sour to eat alongside. Worth it.
