Very happy with this one. For 129SEK (€13) I got a typical NZ SB with high acidity, crisp and fruity, which lends itself an improvement the day after opening the bottle.

Amsterdam Wine Festival Spring 2022; 4/22/2022-4/25/2022 (Amsterdam - The Netherlands) : Very nice and fresh Sauvignon Blanc, exemplary for what I’ve come to expect from NZ. Pale straw color. Full aromas of lemon, grass and some mineral notes. Great mouthfeel and sharply delineated acidity. A long and fresh finish.

Grass and passion fruit. The colder it stays in the icy bucket, the paler and less acidic it gets. It is better to stay in the icy bucket 30 to 45 minutes before drinking.Overall, this is good 👍 but not as much as its sibling 2019 Wairau Reserve.
