Medium yellow-golden colour, with a touch of residual CO2. Stone fruit, citrus, peach, apple, honey and green tea notes, with stale acidity and average length. Sugary, with limited concentration and complexity. More integrated on day two. The third Auslese from Leo Schwab I have tasted, the third example that lacks freshness. I don't know how they do it, but somehow they manage to lose the Riesling's freshness in the wine-making process.
