Herdade do Peso Vinho Regional Alentejano Vinha do Monte Branco

Apricot and peach for me. I didn’t get a lot of citrus. Cellar Tracker says it a $6 bottle. If so, it’s the best $6 bottle I’ve ever had. This is very good wine. Nothing complex, but it is quality. Well made.

Inviting nose of apricot and lemon citrus juice. The palate is soft and round with stone fruits of ripe apricot, white peach and a citrus lift on the mid palate and a chalky finish. This is classy, easy drinking but has complexity too.
