Dark fruit tones and some aged, earthy accents. Pretty nice for a Langhe Neb. It has held up well, and it doesn’t many signs of the hot vintage.

Beautiful clear garnet color. Clean dried cherry, sandalwood, and incense on the nose. Elegant weight on the palate with sage, red cherry skins, and a hint of cherry candy. Clean acidity carries everything. Finishes with length, fine tannins and more perfumed wood notes. Excellent balance between the components and moderation on each. Quite harmonious.

Medium transparent red. Muted nose. Tastes of cherry some minerals, but not as good as the Sottimano or Vajra 2009 Langhe Nebbiolos. Seems less concentrated and not as powerful. I have a bit left to try tomorrow.
