Adamant Cellars Red Blend

We had this with grilled T-bones on 5/10/10. It had cassis, black cherry, spice and mocha on both the nose and palate. It was simple but extremely pleasant.

Walla Walla Visit, End of Summer 2009; 8/29/2009-8/30/2009 (Walla Walla, Washington) : This smells like blackberries and dark cherries wrapped up in a pie crust. It has lots of nice acidity on the palate, with some nice, dark, tangy fruit. The tannins are on the lighter side, but still play well.
